Born in New York, Lauren DeCosimo is a renowned name in luxury bridal beauty with a masters in Business and a keen eye for etiquette and precision. With over 23 years of experience, she has worked with high-profile names, styled lavish destination weddings, and led glam teams for prestigious events including Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week and private soirées curated by top-tier planners like Colin Cowie and Rafanelli Events.

As the Founder and Artistic Director of Pinned & Proper, Lauren has built a reputation for her refined artistry, soft glam expertise, and white-glove service. From NYC and the Hamptons to Beverly Hills and Aspen, her signature style has graced the covers of elite celebrations and magazines—most notably the wedding of Peta Murgatroyd and Maksim Chmerkovskiy of Dancing With the Stars, amongst other high profile clientele.
